Assessment Details Assessments are collected annually, due January 1 of each year. The 2019 Assessment is: $428 – The Cottages $616 – The Paddocks and Estates The 2018 Assessment is: $372 – The Cottages $537 – The Paddocks and Estates The 2017 Assessment is: $338 – The Cottages $488 – The Paddocks and Estates Commercial Lots are increased 5% The 2016 Assessment is: $322 – The Cottages $460 – The Paddocks and Estates The 2015 Assessment is: $307 – The Cottages $438.25 The Paddocks and Estates 2014 Assessment: $307.00 – The Cottages $438.25 – The Paddocks and Estates Annual Meetings An Annual Meeting of the Membership is held in May of each year. The annual meeting is held each year to elect your Board of Directors and perform other business of the Association. It is important that all members attend this meeting or send their proxy so this meeting can be held. A quorum is required to be present at this meeting – so we count on your participation. Board Meetings Board Meetings are held as necessary, approximately every other month. By visiting the What’s Happening page you can view the community calendar to learn of upcoming meetings and events. State law requires that some meetings be posted by sign or written notice. Meetings are open to all members and residents of the Association. Buying/Renting a Home? A copy of all the closing documents can be found on the Official Records page myHomeSpot.com can help community homeowners rent the home to qualified tenants and manage the property to keep it looking its best. Members in the community are entitled to a 20% discount and receive other special incentives. If you are buying a home in this community, make sure you obtain a proper estoppel certificate and membership registration at time of closing. Contact our office with any questions. A copy of all the closing documents can be found on the Official Records page Your closing agent will need an Estoppel document in most cases when you sell or refinance.
